Dot Matrix Module 16×16 Red LED Display
This is a 16*16 Dot Matrix Module LED screen, it can dispalys of the entire line shift up, shift left, shift right and so on.
You can use more than one 16*16 Dot Matrix Module at the same time to show the picture that you want, like Picture 3,4.
The circuit board is a double-sided PCB board.
This module consists of 4 matrix LED display, column control and row control.
Column control consists of two SIPO chip 74HC595, row control consists of two decoding chip.
There’s 8 control port, user can use jumper or other cable to the Single Chip Microcomputer or Arduino to control the LED.

Each row has transistor drive and 4-16 decoder consists of two 74HC138
Each column has two 74HC595 cascade drive.
When the row output high level, column output low level, the LED of the intersection light up.
